The Leadership and Government Capacities Sector, which reports to the Cabinet of the United Arab Emirates, supports the UAE Government Leadership Programme and reinforces the UAE’s reputation through the exchange of governing experiences. The Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and The Future, through the management of the UAE Government Leadership Programme, works to ensure the constant flow of leadership capabilities to various levels, thereby ensuring the achievement of the main goals of the UAE Vision 2021 and UAE Centennial 2071

Program Relevance

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies, it became imperative to equip the UAE future leaders with the appropriate means to deal with such disruptive techniques on various levels. Hence, laying the foundations for the UAE future leadership should be established to ensure the continuity of the march of achievements and progress that started with the establishment of the union through the following:
