UAE Youth Leaders Programme

Programme Overview

The UAE Youth Programme is one of the programmes launched by the UAE Government Leaders Programme in June of 2017 after the development of the Innovative Leaders Programme launched in 2014. In collaboration with Youth Office, the programme targets UAE youth from federal, local, and private sector level and is designed to develop youth between 21 - 35 years old who are ambitious and driven. The programme duration is 8 months and it's designed based on the UAE Government Leadership Model that was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum– Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai to develop and prepare national youth to achieve the goals of the ambitious future vision of 2021 and UAE Centennial 2071.

Programme Objectives

This programme aims to: *Enable UAE youth and provide them with the knowledge and experience qualifying them to undertake the responsibility of decision making, *Preserving the leading position that the UAE holds on an international level in a number of sectors by keeping pace with new developments in all fields. *This is achieved through workshops and trainings that are provided by a group of the most important educational institutes and academies internationally.
