Programme Overview
The programme targets; undersecretary and director general levels, to reinforce the expertise of this category and introduce them to the most important government updates and global trends in leadership through hosting distinguished leaders, international speakers, practitioners and politicians to present their experiences and discuss the most important challenges they face as well as the best solutions to these challenges. Based on the compitency framework model that was launched in 2015 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum– Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.

Aiming to enhance level of communication between government entities by exchanging experiences and showcasing the best practices of each entity
Programme Alumni
What is discussed in the session is the concept of "professional confusion", which is a form of future leadership based on change in line with the rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the great development of the uses of artificial intelligence. This model in action is what distinguishes the government of the UAE, which we as leaders have to adopt to share In support of the State's orientations
